PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING

I offer psychological counseling to adolescents and young adults. I work with my clients in helping them to regulate emotion, manage stress and anxiety, increase low self-esteem and frustration tolerance. I utilize evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. However, I believe developing a trusted, therapeutic relationship is most crucial to progress.
